What are the ingredients in each macaron?
Ingredients: almond flour, butter, sugar, white eggs, fresh fruits, fruit puree, heavy cream, cocoa, coconut, coffee, vanilla natural, matcha green tea, salt, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed

What is the size of your macarons?
Our macarons are approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

What is the best way to store macarons?
Macarons just keep getting better and better! Day one they are ok ... but on day two they taste fabulous! Macarons need 24 hours for the delicious creamy centre to melt into the chewy and soft almond shells, so consider the timing of serving them when ordering. They are not best eaten the day they are made. A week later - kept in an airtight box in the fridge - they are still fantastic.

I'm allergic to nuts !
The sunflower seed macaron is a delightful alternative to the almond one with no nuts. We can also do pumpkin seed.
